These 60 minute, high intensity sessions may focus on strength and conditioning, ball mastery, passing, shooting, defending, first touch, or goalkeeping.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small group sessions are another excellent way for players to bring their game to the next level. The size of the groups is typically between two and ten players. Each session is sixty minutes long and focuses on mastering fundamentals such as strength and conditioning, ball mastery, passing, shooting, attacking, defending, first touch, or goalkeeping.
