11 SESSIONS

Private sessions are a great way for players to develop and improve critical aspects of their game, while also being held accountable for their effort and intensity. This format allows the coach to develop an individualized training program that effectively targets areas that are in need of improvement. These 60 minute, high intensity sessions may focus on strength and conditioning, ball mastery, passing, shooting, defending, first touch, or goalkeeping.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Small group sessions are another excellent way for players to bring their game to the next level. The size of the groups is typically between two and five players, with a maximum of eight. Each session is one hour long and focuses on mastering fundamentals such as strength and conditioning, ball mastery, passing, shooting, attacking, defending, first touch, or goalkeeping.
